Queen S. Ofori, MBA is a dynamic HR Consultant, Talent Acquisition Strategist, Career and Life Coach with a passion for empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. With over 15 years of experience across the public and private sectors, she has successfully guided professionals in nonprofit organizations, government agencies, healthcare, entertainment, and education, helping them land impactful roles and advance their careers. 

As a Certified Career Consultant, Queen specializes in executive career coaching, leadership development, and talent management. She has helped over 100 clients secure roles across industries, crafting tailored career strategies that align with their personal and professional aspirations. She has a proven track record in recruiting, inclusive strategy implementation, and workplace engagement, ensuring that individuals and businesses thrive in an evolving job market. 

In addition to her consulting work, Queen is a Career Consultant at JobTest.org, where she leverages AI-driven assessments to help clients identify career blind spots, set strategic objectives, and develop measurable action plans. Previously, she served as the Talent Acquisition & Engagement Manager at CAST (Center for Applied Special Technology), where she led employee branding, DEI-focused hiring initiatives, and talent acquisition policies. She also served as the Director of Career Development & Placement Services at Edward Waters University, connecting students and alumni with leading employers such as Amazon, NASCAR, Bank of America, PepsiCo, and the FBI. 

Beyond career coaching, Queen is the founder of Road To Queendom, where she has successfully hosted empowerment workshops for women and teenage girls, fostering confidence, leadership skills, and career readiness. As a creative writer, she blends storytelling with strategy, helping individuals confidently craft compelling professional narratives that elevate their personal brands.
