As a Certified Career Consultant, Queen specializes in executive career coaching, leadership development, and talent strategy. She has helped more than 200 clients secure roles across industries by crafting personalized career strategies that align with their strengths, purpose, and long-term goals. Her work combines practical HR expertise with mindset coaching to help professionals navigate career transitions, strengthen their personal brand, and pursue meaningful opportunities.

Queen currently consults with Growth.com and Tony Robbins RPM Pathway to Power, where she mentors professionals seeking clarity, direction and career advancement. Previously, she served as the Director of Career Development & Placement Services at Edward Waters University, connecting students and alumni with leading employers such as Amazon, NASCAR, Bank of America, PepsiCo, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Queen is also the founder of Road to Queendom, an empowerment platform that hosts workshops for women and teenage girls focused on confidence, leadership, and personal growth. She is a self-published author of The Road to Queendom: 365 Daily Reflections and Affirmations to Keep Your Crown Straight, a daily reflection and affirmation guide designed to help women strengthen self-worth and live with purpose.
