Queen S. Ofori, MBA is a Business & Career Strategist, Human Resource Consultant, and Coach who helps professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs navigate growth, opportunity, and change with greater clarity and intention.

With more than 15 years of experience across the public and private sectors, Queen brings together expertise in human resources, career development, business strategy, and mindset coaching. She has worked across nonprofit organizations, government, healthcare, entertainment, and education, helping clients secure meaningful opportunities, advance professionally, strengthen their personal brands, and pursue entrepreneurial goals.

As a Certified Career Consultant, Queen specializes in executive career coaching, leadership development, career positioning, and talent strategy. She has supported more than 200 clients across industries with personalized strategies designed to align their strengths, goals, and next steps. Her work with entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners focuses on clarifying ideas, sharpening strategy, identifying blind spots, breaking through limiting patterns, and turning vision into action.

Queen currently serves as a Certified High Performance Coach for Tony Robbins’ Rapid Planning Method and Pathways to Power programs, where she partners with individuals to elevate performance, strengthen mindset, and execute with greater intention.

Previously, Queen served as Director of Career Development & Placement Services at Edward Waters University, connecting students and alumni with leading employers including Amazon, NASCAR, Bank of America, Google, PepsiCo, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

She is also the founder of Road to Queendom, an empowerment platform providing workshops for women and teenage girls focused on confidence, leadership, and personal growth. She is the author of The Road to Queendom: 365 Daily Reflections and Affirmations to Keep Your Crown Straight, a daily reflection and affirmation guide designed to inspire self-worth, resilience, and intentional living. Her insights on career growth, mindset, and empowerment have been featured on national news and radio platforms.

Queen holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Iona University and a Bachelor of Science from St. John’s University.
